AVCP Regional Housing Authority (AVCP RHA) — main office

AVCP RHA is the Tribally Designated Housing Entity for 53 tribes under NAHASDA and serves all 48 communities in the Bethel and Kusilvak Census Areas. It builds and manages homeownership (mortgage) homes — more than 1,700 built — low-income rentals in about a dozen communities including Bethel (rent is 15% of income in the villages, 30% in Bethel), and emergency vouchers of up to $500. Programs are open to eligible members of federally recognized tribes. There is one combined paper application for the homebuyer and rental programs; download it, or ask the office for a copy.
