Calista stock will, gifting and descendant enrollment (Class C/D shares)
Every Calista shareholder should have a Stock Will on file so shares pass to the people you choose; the form (and a Life Estate Beneficiary form) must be notarized and mailed or faxed - never emailed. Shareholders may also gift shares to a child, grandchild, sibling, niece or nephew using the Gifting Request Packet. Descendants of original shareholders who are not yet shareholders can apply for Class C (born after 1971, not otherwise enrolled) or Class D shares online at Enroll.MyCalista.com or on paper; enrollment questions: enroll@calistacorp.com, fax 907-275-2905.
