School sports registration (Arbiter) & sports physicals

Starting with the 2026-27 school year, ASAA moved school sports and activity registration from BigTeams to Arbiter Registration, for LKSD and Yupiit School District schools alike. Old logins do not carry over: each family creates one Arbiter account and registers each athlete for their school (each school has its own page, e.g. students.arbitersports.com/z-john-williams-memorial-school); registration opens in early July. A current sports physical (good for 18 months) is also required: village schools arrange physicals through the local YKHC clinic or a visiting Bethel Family Clinic team, and Bethel Family Clinic schedules appointments at 907-543-3773. The school office can upload the physical and help families register.
