ONC's Social Services Department works with local agencies to keep Bethel tribal families healthy and safe. Programs: Qasgiq Healthy Families, Family Victim Services, Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) advocacy, and Tribal Child Welfare (ONC takes jurisdiction of Child In Need of Aid cases from the State).
