UAF Kuskokwim Campus financial aid — KuC scholarships and tuition waiver
UAF Kuskokwim Campus (KuC) in Bethel awards higher-education scholarships to new and continuing KuC students from two sources: the UA Foundation Need Based Tuition Waiver and the UA Foundation Kuskokwim Campus Scholarship. The number and amount vary, and not all applicants are awarded scholarships. To apply for financial aid, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA); the page says there is no FAFSA deadline but recommends completing it before February 15 to be considered for all UAF scholarships. Per the page: you must be enrolled for a Kuskokwim Campus course or plan to enroll, have financial need, have a minimum 2.0 GPA and have satisfactorily completed previously funded courses; you must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen. Due to limited funds, not all applicants are awarded scholarships.
