Now Hiring: Director of Shareholder Services – Utqiaġvik Corporate Office Ukpeaġvik Iñupiat Corporation (UIC) is seeking an experienced Director of Shareholder Services to lead our Shareholder Services Department and support our mission of providing responsive, accurate, and high quality service to UIC shareholders. This role oversees department operations, ensures the integrity of shareholder records, and supports key corporate programs and events. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and develop the Shareholder Services team • Support shareholders through daily in‑person, phone, and written communication • Oversee shareholder records and manage data accuracy and compliance • Guide share transfers, Class B stock, and gifts of stock in accordance with approvals • Support development and implementation of Class C stock • Coordinate preparation and execution of Annual Meetings and other shareholder events • Manage trust distribution processes and ensure deadline
