Delete your account & data

OlenHub (developed by OlenArc LLC, package com.olenarc.olenhub) lets you use the whole app without an account. If you chose to sign in, you can delete your account and everything tied to it at any time — here's how.

Delete it yourself, in the app

1. Open OlenHub and go to the More tab.
2. Tap Your account and sign in if you aren't already.
3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your account is removed immediately and cannot be recovered.

Or ask us to delete it

If you've removed the app or can't sign in, email team@olenarc.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm within 3 days.

Signed in with Facebook or Apple?

Deleting your account in OlenHub deletes everything we received from Facebook or Apple. You can also remove OlenHub from those accounts: on Facebook, Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → OlenHub → Remove; on an iPhone, Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → OlenHub → Stop using. Removing it there stops future sign-ins; to delete what we already hold, use Delete account above or email us.

What gets deleted

• Your account, your name and email address, and the Facebook or Apple sign-in linked to it.
• Your saved Ask Olen chats and the look you picked for Olen.
• Your saved chats and saved application progress.
• Saved family details and the forms saved to your account.

What we keep

Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics are never tied to your name or account, so they are not affected by deletion. A form you already sent stays with the organization that received it — ask that organization directly to remove it. If you ever sent us a message (a request, problem report, or follow-up), we may keep that correspondence as long as needed to resolve it and to meet legal or security obligations — typically no more than 24 months — and you can ask us to delete it in the same email above.
