🌲✨ SUNDAY MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: CHAMBER SPONSOR, THE LANDING ✨🌲 We’re giving you a little taste of what’s coming November 7… and apparently The Landing has decided subtlety is overrated. Our Gala menu is officially taking the whole Enchanted Forest theme very seriously, and we are absolutely here for it. 🍸 THE GATHERING OF THE GROVE Our general reception begins with butler-passed hors d’oeuvres: ✦ Warm Truffle Mac & Cheese with black truffle, aged Cheddar, Gruyère & Mascarpone ✦ Bay Scallop Ceviche with citrus, avocado & cilantro ✦ Herbed Cheese Puffs finished with hot honey glaze ✦ Brown Butter Wild Mushroom & Leek Tartlets with thyme And THEN we sit down for dinner. 🌿 THE WOODLAND FEAST And yes, because we know this will be the question: GUESTS WILL HAVE BOTH HALIBUT AND STEAK DINNER OPTIONS. 🐟 Baked Halibut Olympia Wild Alaskan halibut baked beneath a golden Parmesan, mayonnaise and green onion crust, served with steamed rice and seasonal vegetables. 🥩 Grilled U.S. Prime Beef Sirloin An 8-ounce sirloin, expertly grilled and finished with red wine demi-glace, garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal roasted vegetables. Vegetarian guests may select a Portobello mushroom entrée with mashed potatoes and garden vegetables. Dinner also includes a seasonal salad and Rosemary & Alaska Sea-Salt Focaccia with whipped butter. And then… 🍒🍫 THE ENCHANTED BLACK FOREST-created by The Landing's own internationally known pastry chef! Black Forest Cheesecake with chocolate mousse, dark cherries, Kirschwasser Chantilly cream, dark cherry caramel and delicate chocolate shavings. Yes. We read that description twice too. 👏 Huge Member Spotlight applause to The Landing for helping us turn the November 7 Celebration of the Stars Gala into an entire experience. And here's one more little secret… ✨ This isn't even the VIP reception menu. ✨ Our Gilded Grove guests will begin the evening with their own private reception, cocktails and an entirely separate appetizer experience before joining the rest of the forest. 👀 Watch soon for Gilded Grove VIP Table options.
