Iñupiaq Cultural Food Workshop Series (OPEN COOKING- Students, Staff, Faculty, & Community) Dennis & Gwendolyn Davis are Iñupiaq from the village of Shishmaref. They are coming to Utqiaġvik to share their cooking skills! In the Iñupiaq Cultural Food Workshop Series, they will blend Native food to create an Iñupiaq-Asian fusion cuisine.
