KPU Telecom is Ketchikan's locally owned internet and phone company with fiber-to-the-home in much of town (symmetric plans up to 10 Gig). Office in the Plaza Mall, 2417 Tongass Ave Suite 119D, Mon-Fri; main line 907-225-1000, sales and new service 907-228-5474, 24/7 technical support 907-225-2111. Sign up online or in the office; telecom bills on the 1st and is due the 25th, with a 3-month minimum on new service. KPU also runs the free KPUtv+ app (council meetings, candidate forums, local video).
