Historic fraternal society (since 1917) based at Pioneer Hall, 314 Pioneer Alley (behind the police station, off Main St), restoring the old U.S. Customs House/Pioneer Hall. Women's Igloo #7 (P.O. Box 3030, Ketchikan 99901) funds $1,000 student scholarships, Pioneer Home elder activities and the cemetery garden through the annual Easter Bake Sale (Saturday before Easter, 9-2), a June rummage sale, and a raffle. Annual Memorial Day remembrance at Bayview Cemetery 1 PM. Hosts the annual Ketchikan Flower Show (early September, entries 1-2 PM) and community history events with Ketchikan Museums.
