Ketchikan's ~40-year-old quilt guild. Monthly meetings with show-and-tell; membership dues $40. Satellite groups: Sew n' Thursday (5:30-9 pm), Friday Friendship (Studio 101, 10 am-noon), Community Service sewing (Holy Name, 2nd Monday 5:30-7:00), Quilts of Valor for veterans, National Quilting Day community sew day (March). Annual Blueberry Raffle Quilt ($5 or 5/$20; displayed at Studio 103 in The Plaza; drawing at the Blueberry Festival booth ~4 pm) funds the annual quilt show, a high-school scholarship and community quilting classes.
