Maniilaq's Realty Services help restricted Native allotment and restricted townsite lot owners (and heirs) with property sales, gift deeding, leasing/permitting, title recovery, mortgages, and BIA adjudication questions — restricted property cannot be sold, gifted, deeded, or leased without BIA approval. The related Probate & Estate Services program helps tribal members prepare a will and understand probate and inheritance, using a Will Questionnaire and Will Review Checklist.
