NVB Childcare Center Seeking Local Artists for Cultural Materials

Original post

Calling All Local Artists! The Native Village of Barrow Childcare Center is looking for talented local artists to help us create a welcoming, culturally rich learning environment for our children! We are seeking artwork, traditional and culturally inspired learning materials, educational tools, classroom displays, and creative pieces that reflect our Iñupiaq culture, traditions, and community. Our goal is to surround our children with meaningful pieces that celebrate who we are, where we come from, and the traditions we want to carry forward to future generations. Interested in contributing your creativity? We’d love to hear from you! Please share and help us reach our local artists!
