The latest Climate Prediction Center Outlook for November is out, favoring above normal temperatures across Alaska. While Fairbanks begins the month with an average low/high of 5°F/20°F, temperatures will inevitably drop as we rapidly lose daylight, ending November on average around -9°F/8°F. As our temperatures continue to drop over the coming months as winter sets in, here's a look at our normal/record temperatures over time with the observed conditions so far this year plotted as well for Fairbanks, Utqiagvik (Barrow), Nome, Kotzebue, and McGrath. #akwx
