Aullaaġvik Tribal Educator Apprenticeship Program Apprentices Reach Midpoint

Original post

Halfway there! 🎉 Our Aullaaġvik Tribal Educator Apprenticeship (TEA) Program apprentices have reached the midpoint of their fall UAA classes, and we couldn't be prouder. These educators are doing it all: working full days in their schools, meeting with their mentors every week, and keeping up with college coursework in the evenings and on weekends. That takes dedication, and it shows how much they care about their students and communities. To our apprentices: keep going. Every assignment, every lesson and every check-in brings you one step closer to leading your own classroom. Your students are lucky to have you, and so are we. A big thank you to the mentors, school districts, families and UAA instructors cheering them on. Please help us celebrate! Drop a word of encouragement for our TEA apprentices in the comments. 👇 #ArcticSlopeCommunityFoundation #TribalEducators #AlaskaNativeEducation #FutureTeachers #HalfwayThere
