Math Carnival Recap
Original post
Math Carnival: Learning Through Fun! Yesterday, our middle school students, under the guidance of Ms. Bhasme, hosted an exciting Math Carnival to showcase their learning and understanding of fractions, decimals, percentages, and discounts. They set up four interactive game stalls: Math to Bowl: Students answered three multiplication table cards correctly to earn a chance to bowl in our DIY bowling arena. Fraction Pie Challenge: Students chose the correct pie chart to compare fractions and won a candy treat. Hit the Right Target: Students matched fractions, decimals, and percentages to the correct targets in a balloon-dart-style game and won sticky hands. Great Deal Detectors: Students compared discounts on Nike shoes, hoodies, and headphones to identify the best deals and won a mini notebook. The carnival welcomed all elementary students, who enthusiastically participated in the games. It was a joyful and engaging learning experience that brought mathematics to life through teamwork, problem-solving, and hands-on activities! Congratulations to our middle school students for organizing this fun event!
