Kuskokwim Consortium LibraryWe are delighted to announce that the library will be hosting a biweekly stitching circle! Library JV Ava will lead the drop-in event, which will be every other Saturday from 2-3:30pm in the library Alaska room. All skill levels and fiber crafts are welcome, including knitting, crochet, embroidery, cross stitching, and more. If you've never picked up a knitting needle or crochet hook before, this is a perfect space to learn! The first stitching circle will be on Saturday, October 3rd at 2pm, and we hope to see you there!3

We at the library are back at it again with another installment in our Brown Bag Lunch and Learn series. VFW Auxiliary Post 10041 membership donated $2070 to the Kuskokwim Consortium Library in honor of Dolly Parton and her Imagination Library which delivers books to kids from birth to 5 years old. This is a literacy project under our Youth Activities Program of the VFW Auxiliary-National Organization. #auxinaction8
