Maniilaq Association's Behavioral Health Services serves Point Hope. Main line 907-442-7640, www.maniilaq.org. The Counseling and Recovery Center (CRC), 907-442-7640, offers individual, family and marital therapy, crisis response, play therapy for young children, outpatient and enhanced outpatient substance-use treatment, the J/ASAP program for court-referred alcohol offenses, and telepsychiatry medication management with monthly therapist check-ins. The Social Medicine Program, 907-442-7603, brings behavioral health into the primary-care clinic. The Wellness Program, 907-442-7640 ext. 6150, runs suicide prevention, Recovery Support Leaders, talking circles and sober gatherings rooted in Iñupiat teachings.
