About this service
The NSB Community Health Aide Program trains and supports the village-based Community Health Aides (CHAs) and Behavioral Health Aides (BHAs) who deliver basic health care and behavioral-health support, emergency response, triage and referrals, and preventive care in each village. BHAs are the link between residents and clinical services, especially in villages without permanent providers. CHAP main line: 907-852-0256. NSB supports CHAP in every village except Point Hope, where Maniilaq Association runs the clinic.
