NVB tribal enrollment & ID card
Apply for tribal membership through NVB Tribal Operations. Existing members can contact the same department for a tribal ID card; enrollment and getting a card are different steps.
Who it’s for
NVB reviews tribal enrollment applications; see the form and ask Tribal Operations about your circumstances.
This is what the program lists. Only the provider can say whether you qualify.
Before you start
Call 907-852-4411, extension 203. ID-card hours: Tuesday 10am–4:30pm, Wednesday–Thursday 1–4:30pm, Friday 9am–noon; closed Monday and during lunch. Other times require an appointment.
- Birth certificate copy; check the form for additional records that apply to you.
- For a minor, the parent or guardian signs on the child’s behalf.
