About This Service

OlenHub is a community platform operated by OlenArc LLC (“OlenArc”). It is designed to help people on the Arctic Slope find events, resources, news, and support services. By using the app you agree to these terms.

Acceptable Use

• Use the platform for lawful, community-positive purposes only.
• Do not submit false information in program applications.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
• Treat other community members respectfully in any shared features.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

Service Availability

OlenHub is provided as a community service on an as-is basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change or be updated over time. We will communicate significant changes through the app.

No Warranty

OlenArc makes no warranty that the information in the app is always complete, accurate, or current. Program eligibility, deadlines, and resources are subject to change by the administering agencies. Always verify important information with the source organization.

Content Sources & Removal Requests

Many events, notices, and listings on OlenHub are compiled from publicly posted community and agency sources, together with information organizations submit to us. We do this to help the North Slope find what's happening in one place, and we credit the source organization wherever we can. Event details such as the date, time, place, and title are facts and are shared so the community stays informed.

If a post is yours — or your organization's — and you'd like it updated, credited differently, or removed, just tell us. Tap the Reportflag on the item (choose “This is mine — please remove it”), or email team@olenarc.com. We act on removal requests promptly.
