Child Care Help (CCAP)
Before you start
Families receiving ATAP: contact your work caseworker. Families receiving child-care assistance through OCS: contact your OCS caseworker. Other applicants (PASS II / III): use the form below. An interview is required.
What to prepare
- Proof of the child’s age and citizenship as listed on CC08
- For employed parents: two full months of pay stubs, or the specified employer information for new employment
- Work or class schedules and other documents that apply to your circumstances; check the CC08 checklist

Child Care Assistance helps eligible families pay for care. PASS I families work with their ATAP work caseworker; PASS IV families work with their OCS caseworker. PASS II and III applicants can use the CC08 application and contact Northern region thread for assistance.
