About this service

ASNA (907-852-2762, arcticslope.org) is the tribal health organization for Atqasuk, Kaktovik, Nuiqsut, Wainwright, Utqiaġvik and Point Lay under the Alaska Tribal Health Compact; Tanana Chiefs Conference serves Anaktuvuk Pass and Maniilaq Association serves Point Hope. ASNA operates Samuel Simmonds Memorial Hospital (907-852-4611) and provides social services to enrolled tribal members of all eight North Slope villages no matter where they live (Social Services 907-852-9379). ASNA also offers grief support circles, individual support and parenting classes by telehealth. Being in ASNA's area does not stop you from using NSB Integrated Behavioral Health (907-852-0366), which serves all residents. (Source: North Slope Borough Health & Social Services resource guide.)
