You can enroll in the Native Village of Nuiqsut if you are on the 1994 Base Roll or 1999 Membership Roll, are the biological child of a member (adopted children must be of Alaska Native descent), or are a Native person living in Nuiqsut — but you cannot be enrolled in another tribe at the same time unless you first relinquish that membership in writing. There are separate adult and minor applications; the council reviews them monthly.
