Before you start
Call 907-852-4411, extension 203. ID-card hours: Tuesday 10am–4:30pm, Wednesday–Thursday 1–4:30pm, Friday 9am–noon; closed Monday and during lunch. Other times require an appointment.
What to prepare
- Birth certificate copy; check the form for additional records that apply to you.
- For a minor, the parent or guardian signs on the child’s behalf.
