Contact SSMH Travel Services about provider-authorized medical travel. Scheduled travel requires coordination and prior authorization. Use the Medicaid Travel Office for routine requests; the Urgent Travel office handles provider-authorized urgent travel. Eligibility and escort approval depend on the travel program.
