About this service

Taġiuġmiullu Nunamiullu Housing Authority (TNHA) is the regional Native housing authority for the North Slope, with a rental program and lease-purchase homebuyer programs (most serve households at or below 80% of median income; no application fee; waitlists can run 2-3 years). The low-income program is limited to Alaska Native / American Indian households; a separate rental program is open to the general public. TNHA does not offer senior-specific housing. Apply online at https://form.jotform.com/251815164476057 (also linked on tnha.info under Programs), or pick up a paper application at 1634 Okpik Street, Utqiaġvik. Note: the Native Villages of Barrow and Point Hope run their own housing programs.
