Tikigaq School·Point HopeThis morning, one of our ECE students got confused after breakfast and wasn't sure where to go. One of our first graders came up, put her arm around her for a hug and held her hand as she walked her to class all on her own. Tikigaq kids are awesome!

Tikigaq School·Point HopeSome of the learning experiences today at Tikigaq School include: Mr. Chris' busy 4th graders working on English Language Arts, Ms. Kendra's ECE 4 practicing syllables, Ms. JM's 2nd graders reviewing telling time, Ms. Renae's 6th graders learning math, students enjoying awesome beef burritos, Mr. Carlson's students welding, Mr. Eddie's 8th graders enhancing their math while Ms. Janine's 7th graders explored science, Ms. Daisy's class learning body parts in Inupiaq, and ECE continued sharing and playing while two of our fantastic seniors worked with them during their OTJ class taught by Mr. Carlson. Who said school was boring?
